The participation period for new users begins with the publication of the sweepstakes and ends on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, at 23:59 UTC. All users who register in our database after this deadline are exempt from participation and cannot claim any prize under any circumstances.
Participation is international. This includes any geographical area, as long as it is possible to send the prize and there is no risk to the integrity of the prize. Any duties and taxes arising from the transport of the goods are to be borne by the recipient.
The raffle is aimed at all persons of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the publication of the raffle and whose bases specify that all those contacts who have accepted and allowed the sending of their data for commercial purposes based on compliance with the ORGPD described in our Privacy policy will be included in the raffle. Employees of the organising company itself are exempt from participating, as long as they are not considered direct customers who consume PRODERPHARMACARE® brand products and can demonstrate a business relationship and/or that their permanence in our database is before the publication of the prize draw.
The following conditions must be met to participate in the draw:
1. The participating user must be subscribed to the PRODERPHARMACARE® Newsletter before the raffle takes place.
2. The participant must follow the PRODERPHARMACARE® LinkedIn profile.
The email address entered to subscribe to the Newsletter must match the email address used for the LinkedIn account.
The winner will be chosen via the Rafflys platform (AppSorteos) randomly by the organiser from all participants who have fulfilled the requirements of the prize draw. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, through a publication on LinkedIn and through a Newsletter for all subscribed users.
The winner will receive an email which must be answered to confirm the winner’s identity and to specify the details for sending the prize. The deadline for receiving the winner’s reply will be 7 calendar days from the date of sending the winner’s e-mail. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, the draw will be repeated under the same conditions to designate a new winner and method of contact.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, provided that they do not prejudice the rights of the participants. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
The organiser accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered by participants in the course of the prize draw or as a result of their participation in the prize draw. Likewise, the organiser cannot be held responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
Participation in the prize draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set out in these legal bases will result in the exclusion of the participant from the prize draw.
