These standards accredit the excellence of its management system, enabling it to manufacture antiseptics and cosmetics in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice parameters.
Our activity is accredited by the operating licences of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS). It qualifies us as manufacturers of cosmetics, antiseptics, and other products for skin and hair hygiene and protection.
Our facilities are equipped with the most advanced technology and a highly qualified team, backed by over 30 years of experience. We have clean rooms that guarantee strict biological control throughout the manufacturing process, from mixing to packaging, eliminating any risk of contamination or microbiological load.
This approach ensures accurate and safe production in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, guaranteeing maximum quality and reliability in all our products.
PRODERPHARMACARE® has an Environmental Quality System that analyses all the company’s processes to determine our impact on the environment. As proof of this policy, more than 77% of the energy used to manufacture our products comes from auto-produced energy at our own facilities. Likewise, our carbon footprint has been reduced by 30%, and we have implemented a wastewater reuse system.
