All our produced cosmetic products comply with the Responsible Declaration of Cosmetic Product Manufacturing Activities no. 5537. Also, they follow criteria according to the ISO 22716 standard, following the European Regulation on Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetic Products.
In addition, the 618DS registration authorises us to manufacture antiseptic products regulated by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) and has the -DES registration that accredits them. That is why we are in Passion for your skin.
Our facilities have all the necessary elements to create and produce the formulations that care for and protect your skin. What’s more, we have clean rooms to deliver each packaging of our catalogue, which guarantees the biosafety and quality of the products, almost eliminating any possible microbiological contamination.
On the other hand, a clean room for the cosmetics sector complies with the specific legislation regarding the facilities and cosmetic manufacturing processes. Therefore, we must emphasise the FDA Guide about the manufacture of cosmetics and the European Parliament Regulation on Cosmetic Products 2009.
We apply production processes based on the responsible use of energy resources. As a result, more than 77% of the energy we use to produce our products comes from renewable energy produced in our facilities.
Even so, it is not enough, and that is why we annually analyse our environmental targets and, if necessary, implement new measures to reduce our carbon footprint.
For this reason, this is a vitally important aspect to consider for our organisation to establish sustainable production models certified through the standardised Environmental Management System ISO 14001.
